A Legal Disclaimer

The following policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. LJS Media is responsible for ensuring its terms comply with applicable Irish laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and related e-commerce regulations. Refund Policy

At LJS Media, we work hard to deliver high-quality social media management, content creation, and related digital marketing services. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may be issued in accordance with Irish consumer protection laws and the nature of digital and service-based work.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

a. No Work Delivered

If no work has been started or delivered IN THE TIME FRAME AGREED, you may be eligible for a refund of any upfront payment, minus administrative or consultation fees where applicable.

b. Failure to Deliver Agreed Services

If LJS Media cannot deliver the service as agreed in the contract or proposal, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the work completed.

c. Duplicate Payment

If a duplicate payment is made in error, a full refund will be issued once confirmed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • Once creative work has been delivered, such as drafts, concepts, photos, videos, edits, or social media assets.

  • If service has already commenced, including planning, research, strategy, filming, editing, scheduling, or management work.

  • For dissatisfaction based on subjective preference after approved drafts or final content have been delivered.

  • For missed deadlines caused by client delay, such as late approvals, missing information, or unavailable assets.

  • For digital products or templates, which are non-refundable once downloaded.

Under Irish law, bespoke digital content and custom services that have begun with client consent are generally not eligible for refunds.
